Terms and Conditions

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING. OFFERED ONLY TO LEGAL U.S. RESIDENTS AGED 21 YEARS OR OLDER.

1. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to those who sign up at the online sweepstakes page and who are twenty-one (21) years old as of the date of entry. The winner must provide proof of age through a government-issued, valid form of identification. The sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of the United States and the state of Alabama (void to individuals living in the state of New York) and is void where prohibited by law.

Employees of American Association of Motorcycle Injury Lawyers (AAMIL) d/b/a Law Tigers (the “Sponsor”), their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

All awarding of prizes will be done in strict accordance with federal, state, and local laws. The winner is responsible for taxes, fees, installation costs, and other expenses. To obtain a copy of the complete list, mail your request along with a self-stamped envelope to:

Requests must be received no later than November 8th, 2025 at 11:59 PM.

2. Agreement to Rules

By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules and represent that you meet the eligibility requirements. You also accept the decisions of the Sponsors as final and binding.

3. Sweepstakes Period

Entries will be accepted online starting on or about August 18, 2025, and ending on or about November 15th, 2025. All online entries must be received by November 8th, 2025 at 11:59 PM.

4. How to Enter

Enter by submitting an entry using the online form provided on the Sweepstakes site. Incomplete entries or those not adhering to the rules may be disqualified. Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries using different identities, emails, or devices are not permitted.

5. Prizes

Winner will receive:

• A custom motorcycle built by Area 51 Customs
• Estimated total prize value: $26,000
• Total number of winners: One (1)

The prize is nontransferable and not redeemable for cash unless at Sponsor's discretion. All expenses and taxes are the responsibility of the winner. Winner must complete a W-9 and may receive a 1099 form if the value exceeds $600.

The prize package is valid between August 18th, 2025 – November 15th, 2025.

6. Odds

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor and notified via email within five (5) days. Winners must claim the prize within 24 hours of the first contact attempt or risk disqualification.

8. Rights Granted by You

By entering, you grant the Sponsors and their affiliates permission to use your name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation unless prohibited by law.

9. Terms

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes due to causes beyond its control. Anyone found tampering with the entry process or violating these rules may be disqualified.

Entrants agree to receive email newsletters from the Sponsor. You may unsubscribe at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

By entering, you release the Sponsor and Co-Sponsors from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes, including but not limited to injury, loss, or damage.

Winners must be available for publicity for 6–10 hours and may be required to travel between November 15th, 2025 – December 10th, 2026.

11. Dispute

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States, Arizona, and Alabama. Disputes must be resolved individually in a court located in Arizona. No punitive or consequential damages may be claimed.

12. Privacy Policy

Information submitted is subject to the privacy policy found at www.lawtigers.com/terms.

13. Winners List

To obtain a copy of the winner's name or official rules, send a request and self-addressed stamped envelope to:
