Terms and Conditions for Online Prize Drawing - No Purchase Necessary

Eligibility:
1.1. The Online Prize Drawing (the "Drawing") is open to all individuals who are at least 18
years old with a valid motorcycle endorsement, motorcycle insurance, and a street legal
motorcycle (motorcycle is subject to Motorcycle Training Academy safety inspection) at the time
of entry. Winners under the age of eighteen (18) at the time of the course will need the consent
of a parent or guardian.
1.2. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Law Tigers are not eligible to
participate.

How to Enter:
2.1. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter the Drawing.
2.2. To enter, simply visit RideWithLawTigers.com during the Entry Period and follow the
instructions provided for entry.
2.3. Each participant may submit one entry during the Entry Period.

Entry Period:
3.1. The Entry Period begins on 5/13/24 and ends on 6/19/24 (the "Entry Period").
3.2. There will be one (1) individual drawing during the Entry Period. The Drawing date will be
6/20/24

Prize:
4.1. The prize for the Drawing is one gift certificate good for an advanced rider course at
Motorcycle Training Academy.
4.2. The prize is transferable to another individual who meets Eligibility requirements and may
not be exchanged for cash or any other item.
4.3 Ten (10) total prizes will be awarded at the conclusion of the Entry Period.

Winner Selection:
5.1. The winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received.
5.2. The winners will be notified by email or phone within 7 business days after Drawing ends.
5.3. If the selected winner does not respond to the notification within 7 days, another winner will
be randomly selected.

Privacy:
6.1. Personal information collected during the Entry Period will be used for the purpose of
conducting each individual Drawing and will not be shared or sold to third parties.
6.2. Personal information collected during the Entry Period may be used for general marketing
purposes by Law Tigers and Motorcycle Training Academy.

General Conditions:
7.1. By entering the Drawing, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions.
7.2. Law Tigers reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms and
Conditions or engages in fraudulent or unfair conduct.
7.3. Law Tigers reserves the right to cancel or modify the Drawing at any time for any reason.

Limitation of Liability:
8.1. Law Tigers and its affiliates are not responsible for any lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected
entries, or for any technical or human errors that may occur during the entry process.
8.2. Law Tigers is not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from
participation in the Drawing or acceptance of the prize.

Governing Law:
9.1. The Drawing is governed by the laws of Colorado.
By entering this Drawing, participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. For
